- にしはらしゃっかん【西原借款】1917（大正6）～18年， 寺内内閣が北京の軍閥段祺瑞(ダンキズイ)に供与した借款。 総額一億四五〇〇万円にのぼったが， 段派の権力失墜により回収不能に陥った。 首相の私設秘書西原亀三が任にあたったのでこの名がある。
